    i feel upset.

    Promotion day wasnt as well planned.
    Most people thout we're biased anyway.
    Did anyone notice the band is getting bigger anyway?
    There are bounds to be people going postless right?
    But the people are only just Sec1s and some Sec2s you noe.
    It damn freaking upsetting when people think u didint choose them bcus we're biased.

    i wasnt given a post in my sec2 years.
    i wasnt satisfied.
    i wasnt like the others.
    & in my batch, only less den 3 person are post-less.
    Isint it worse?

    Talk about being neglected.
    Talk about being biased.

    Have you ever thout why u are postless?
    Can u figure out any pattern in it?

    & if u're going to skip/ quit band bcus of no post.
    Think again.
    Wad is ur reason for joining band when u are a sec1?
    Is it bcus for music/ passion or for the sake of having a post?

    To those who are disappointed:
    There is always a reason why ur not chosen as ur dream post.
    But it may not be a bad choice why you do not have a post.

    You can still be a leader even if u don have the title as one.
    Your character is the one that shines.




    Why must everyone think that leaders are just like god who can satisfy everyone?
